History
Kranz & Associates was founded in 1994 by Deborah Kranz while working in Venture Capital and identifying the need for quality cost effective financial services for start-ups. Bud Austin quickly joined her and together they grew the company to become the market leader in financial consulting services. Our roots are big four CPA firms, top tier venture firms, Fortune 500 companies and successful start-ups. As our companies grew, we scaled to meet their needs providing additional services and returning to help companies with IPO’s, financings, mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds, & special projects. Today, we do it all!
